You can delete your English Courses account at any time. Deletion is permanent: the account and everything stored under it are removed, and there is no way to restore them afterwards.
Delete on the web
Open your profile page, sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the app, and choose "Delete account". You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
Delete in the app
Open the app and go to Progress → Settings → About → Delete account, then confirm. Your identity provider may ask you to sign in once more — this confirms that the account belongs to you.
What is deleted
- The account itself, together with the email address linked to it by Google or Apple.
- Your entire learning history: practice sessions, theory sessions, quiz attempts, streaks and lesson completion.
Deletion is applied immediately, and the stored learning history is removed within 24 hours. Aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you — for example the total number of completed lessons across all learners — are retained.
What is kept
Content you did not create — lessons, quizzes and other course material — is not affected; it belongs to the application, not to your account. Anonymous usage of the app without an account creates no account to delete.
